摘要
基于对G20杭州峰会志愿者的深度访谈,从志愿服务能力自我效能感和志愿服务行为自我效能感两方面分析了大学生志愿者自我效能感现状,并就志愿者亲历的成败经验、同辈的榜样示范、他人的言语说服、生理状态与情感对志愿者自我效能感的作用展开探讨。结果发现,G20峰会志愿服务后志愿者自我效能感下降了,一是因为在大型活动志愿服务中频频受挫;二是因为活动承办方的组织管理需完善;三是因为社会大环境下志愿服务氛围不佳、意识不强。在此基础上,提出提升志愿者自我效能感的对策启示。
Based on the intensive interviews of volunteers at the G20 summit of Hangzhou,this study analyzes the current situation of the volunteers' self-efficacy from two aspects: their ability of volunteer services and their voluntary service behavior,and discusses some factors which have influenced their self-efficacy deeply,such as the gain and loss from the volunteer services,the demonstration of peer models,the others' verbal persuasion and the physiological state and emotion. The results show that after the summit the students' selfefficacy has been declined,which is related with the three reasons: firstly,volunteers suffer from the frustration frequently in large-scale activities; secondly,the organization of the undertaker needs improving; finally,the atmosphere of social service isn't warm enough and people's consciousness of volunteer service is not sufficient.Thus,some relevant suggestions of how to improve the self-efficacy of volunteers are put forward.
