摘要
以晋城煤业集团拟建90万m3/d煤层气液化工程场地下伏房柱式开采小窑采空区治理工程为背景,运用钻探方法,详细探明了煤层气液化工程场地采空区的分布和空间形态,根据下伏采空区3号煤层顶板岩层组成结构特征,提出采用混凝土墩台式支撑处理采空区的治理方案及施工工艺,后期检验钻孔数据分析表明本工程采取的混凝土墩台治理工艺对大部分小窑破坏区充填效果及浆液固结程度较好。
In this paper, Jincheng coal group proposed 900 thousand cubic meters / day of coalbed methane liquefaction field underground roomand pillar mining small coal goaf governance engineering background, using drilling method, distribution and space form with proven site of coalbedmethane liquefaction of goaf, according to gob under 3# coal seam roof strata structure the concrete pier, supporting the processing of minedout area treatment scheme and construction technology of post test drilling data analysis shows that this project has taken concrete pier treatmentprocess for most small kiln damage zone filling effect and slurry consolidation degree is good.
