摘要
屋面防水渗漏是建筑工程施工质量的通病之一,返工处理费时费工,且很难取得理想效果。从设计选材、细部处理、施工过程质量控制等方面介绍了屋面防水质量问题及防治控制方法,对提高屋面防水质量一次验收合格率具有一定的借鉴意义。
Roof leakage is one of the common problems of construction engineering construction quality, rework process is time consuming anddifficult to obtain the ideal effect. This paper introduces the quality problems of roof waterproof and its prevention and control methods from theaspects of design material selection, detail processing and quality control of construction process, which has certain reference significance for improvingthe qualified rate of roof waterproof quality once acceptance.
