摘要
结合实际对混凝土路面不平整因素进行概述,分别提出影响原因:水灰比控制不严、剂量使用不合格、振捣力度不够、模板安装不稳与混凝土自身膨胀。然后针对此类问题一一给出解决策略,通过分析可知,严格控制施工材料与施工工艺,能够有效保证公路路面施工平整度质量。
Firstly, combined with the actual concrete pavement roughness factors are summarized, respectively put forward reasons ： water cementratio control, the use of substandard dose and vibration is not enough, the template installation is not stable and concrete expansion. Then, tosolve these problems one by one to solve the problem, through analysis, strict control of construction materials and construction technology, caneffectively guarantee the smoothness of highway pavement construction quality.
