装配式住宅中预制楼梯的生产质量控制

Producing quality control of precast stairs in prefabricated houses

针对装配式住宅生产质量控制进行研究,分析了装配式住宅建筑中预制楼梯生产过程中容易出现的质量问题,提出了楼梯生产时防止出现质量问题的预防措施,为提高装配式住宅的施工效率、保证施工质量提供技术支持。

With studying on the quality control of prefabricated houses, the present paper analyses the current quality problems of precast stairs inprefabricated houses. Then, precautions for the quality control of precast stairs and construction methods are proposed, which would be a technicalsupport for promoting construction efficiency and insuring construction quality of prefabricated houses.
