摘要
肺功能检测是针对呼吸系统功能学的一种特殊检查方法,因其安全、无创、早期发现病变及其无法取代的作用而逐渐引起人们的重视。专科进修是目前肺功能学习的重要方法。总结了提高儿科肺功能进修培训质量的几点体会,包括对进修人员的选择、结合进修人员的特点因材施教、强调基础理论的学习、结合典型病例教学及循序渐进带教等。通过以上方式保证了在较短时间内提高进修人员的专业水平,确保了进修培训的质量,达到了进修的目的。
Pulmonary function test is a special test method for respiratory function, it brought people’s attention gradually for it’s safety, noninvasiveness, ability of early detect illness and irreplaceable function. Special advanced study is the most important method of learning pulmonary function test now. This paper focused on the improvement of the quality of pulmonary function for pediatric advanced trainees. Including choosing of advanced trainees, training for each individual, strengthening the basic theory of knowledge learning, combining training with typical case, training step by step. Through the methods above, the professional ability level of advanced trainees was improved in a relatively short time, the training quality was ensured, and their aim of advanced study was achieved.
