Investigation on the Current Situation of Standardized Training for Residents of Acupuncture and Massage in Beijing

目的 了解北京市针灸推拿专业住院医师规范化培训现状.方法 对承担北京市针灸推拿专业医师规范化培训的八所医院带教工作医师进行问卷调查.结果 根据问卷调查,调查人员认为针灸推拿住院医师规范化培训的主要内容（多选）认为培训临床技能操作的占100%,认为培训医学理论知识的占95%,认为培训教学和科研能力的占92%,认为培训医学伦理学知识的占36%,认为培训外语能力的占15%,其他占12%.在考核内容上（多选）,根据问卷调查,认为针灸推拿住院医师规范化培训的考核内容：考核临床技能操作的占98%,考核基础知识应用的占90%,考核社会交往能力的占32%,考核外语水平的占16%,考核教学科研情况的占14%,考核其他的占12%.结论 应针对针灸推拿专业特点对目前住院医师规范化培训及考核方案进行优化,以便更好的做好住院医师规范化培训工作.

Objective To understand the current situation of standardized training for residents of acupuncture and massage in Beijing. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the eight hospitals who took part in the standardized training of acupuncture and massage specialist in Beijing. Results According to the results of questionnaire investigation, investigators believe the main content of acupuncture and massage residency standardized training （multiple choice）： training clinical skills training accounted for 100%, that medical knowledge accounted for 95%, that training and teaching and scientifc research ability accounted for 92%, that the training of medical ethics knowledge accounted for 36%, that the training of foreign language ability accounted for 15%, accounting for 12% of the other. In the content of the examination （multiple choice）, according to the questionnaire that acupuncture and massage hospital of the standardized training of residents in the assessment content： assessment of clinical skills accounted for 98%, accounting for 90% of the assessment and application of basic knowledge, assessment of social skills accounted for 32%, accounting for 16% of the foreign language profciency assessment, assessment of teaching and scientifc research appraisal accounted for 14%, assessment accounted for 12% of the other. Conclusion In order to improve the standardized training of resident doctors, we should optimize the standard training and evaluation plan for the medical students in the specialty of acupuncture and massage.
