摘要 目的探讨与临床病例相结合的思维引导式教学法在眼科教学中的可行性和教学效果。方法将眼科2015年入学的研究生23人及2016年入学的研究生21人分别作为对照组与实验组,对照组采用单纯按教学程序进行教学,实验组采用与临床病例相结合的思维引导式教学法,对2种教学法的课堂学习兴趣、考试成绩进行对比。结果实验组学生的考试成绩好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对眼科研究生的特点,采用与临床病例相结合的思维引导式教学方法可提高临床课的教学质量。 Objective To explore the effect of the thinking guided teaching method combined with clinical cases in the teaching of ophthalmology clinical postgraduates. Methods 23 postgraduates from 2015 and 21 postgraduates from 2016 of clinical medicine in our eye center were selected. The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode; the observation group adopted the thinking guided teaching method. The teaching effect for two groups was observed. Results The examination scores of observation group were higher than control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The thinking guided teaching method combined with clinical cases can improve the teaching effect and the student’s professional quality in the teaching of ophthalmology postgraduates.
