大鼠肝泡球蚴病灰阶超声造影静脉穿刺及造影配合

Venous Puncture and Contrast Cooperation of Grey Scale Contrast-enhanced Ultrasonography in Rats With Hepatic Alveolar Echinococcosis

探讨大鼠泡球蚴病行灰阶超声造影时静脉穿刺的特点及配合要点。通过对30只感染泡球蚴病的大鼠行灰阶超声造影,选择合适静脉穿刺并配合灰阶超声显像过程行静脉推注给药,为临床及动物实验提供依据。研究表明通过实施有效的泡球蚴病灰阶超声造影,大鼠的静脉穿刺选择不同,静脉推注配合时机在造影图像最佳显示中亦及其重要。

To explore thecharacteristics and the key points of intravenous puncture for diagnosing hepatic alveolar echinococcosis inrats by grey scale contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. In this study, 30 rats with HAE were examined by using grey scale contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, punctured appropriate venous and injected contrast agent while gray-scale ultrasonic imaging process, provided basis for clinical and animal experiments. Different venepuncture and intravenous injection at the right time are very important to check hepatic alveolar echinococcosis inrats by grey scale contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.
