人工矿柱在大白阳金矿房柱采矿法的应用

摘要 为最大限度地回收矿石,降低房柱采矿法的采矿损失率和矿石贫化率,在大白阳金矿1765中段采用人工矿柱房柱采矿法进行回采,详细介绍了该采矿方法的采场结构参数,采准切割和回采工艺过程,以及人工矿柱的砌筑过程。采用人工矿柱替代矿石矿柱提高了矿石回采率,大大减少了采矿损失贫化,经实测计算矿石贫化率为9.87%,采矿损失率为1.28%,明显地提高了企业的经济效益和社会效益。 For maximum recovery of ores and reduction in mining loss rate and ore dilution rate of room and pillar mining methods,room and pillar mining method with artificial ore pillars is used in Level 1765 of Dabaiyang Gold Mine.The paper introduced in detail the stope structural parameters,mining preparation cutting and extraction process of the method as well as the building process of artificial pillars.The replacement of ore pillars by artificial ones improved ore extraction rate,significantly reduced mining loss and dilution.The ore dilution rate calculated with field data is 9.87 % and the mining loss rate is 1.28 %.The economic and social benefits of the enterprise are greatly increased.
