摘要 矿井提升机是地下采矿工程中联系井下与地面的主要运输设备,随着矿山地下开采深度的增加,提升钢丝绳的使用频率及长度也随之上升,为保证提升系统长期安全运行,对提升钢丝绳进行检测尤为重要。针对传统的人工目视检查检测方法存在的诸多不足,提出了基于BKT检测仪的摩擦提升机钢丝绳无损检测新方法,详细介绍了该检测方法的检测原理和检测参数及技术特征。现场应用实践表明,该新方法可以准确检测提升机钢丝绳的磨损情况,具有较好的推广应用价值。 Hoistrter are the major transportation equipmert in underground mining engineering,connecting underground and surface operations,The depth of underground mining operations has been increasing and with it,hoisting steel wire ropes are more frequently used and the length of them increases.For lasting and safe operations of hoist systems,it is important that the steel wire ropes be examinede.In light of the many deficiencies of naked-eye examination,the paper proposed nondestructive examination of hoister steel ropes based on BKT test device and introduced in detail the examination mechanism,examined parameters and technical charactoristics of the new method.Field application practice shows that the new method can accurately detect wear conditions of the steel ropes used in hoisters.The method is worth promotion.
