摘要
某金矿氰化浸金尾矿浆采用SO_2/Air法处理,高质量浓度硫氰酸盐的存在导致处理后废水中总氰化合物质量浓度偏高。采用SO_2/Air法—化学沉淀法联合处理氰化浸金废水,考察硝酸锌沉淀法和硫酸亚铁沉淀法的处理效果。试验结果表明:2种化学沉淀法处理后废水中总氰化合物、砷质量浓度分别低于0.3 mg/L和0.1 mg/L,符合国家废水排放标准,但硫酸亚铁沉淀法处理成本低,经济性好,更适用于工业生产。
The cyanide leaching tailings from a gold mine is treated by INCO process,but the mass concentration of total cyanide in the wastewater remains high due to the presence of high mass concentration thiocyanate.Therefore,an INCO-chemical precipitation process was used for cyanide leaching wastewater treatment experiment and the performance of zinc nitrate precipitation and ferrous sulfate precipitation processes was evaluated.The results show that the mass concentration of total cyanide and arsenic in the wastewater after treatment by the 2 processes was below 0.3 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L respectively,meeting national standards for effluent.Between the 2 processes,ferrous salfate precipitation is lower in cost and more economic,thus more applicable to industrial production.
