摘要
在高海拔条件下建立了蒸气浴封闭溶样-石墨炉原子吸收法测定化探样品中痕量金的分析方法,并对实验条件进行了优化。结果表明:在最优实验条件下,采用蒸汽浴封闭溶样法,金回收率可达95%以上,方法的检出限为0.18 ng/g,检出上限为300 ng/g,相对标准偏差小于4.00%。该方法经国家一级标准物质验证,测定结果与标准值吻合,准确度与精密度良好。该方法具有操作简单,环境污染小等优点,满足低氧低分压环境下化探样品中痕量金的大批量测定。
A method was established for the determination of trace gold in geochemical samples by GFAAS with pressurized sample decomposition in steam bath in high-altitude areas and the experimental conditions were optimized.The experiment results show that under optimum conditions,the gold recovery rate reached over 95 %,the detection limit of this method was 0.18 ng/g,the upper limit of detection was 300 ng/g,and relative standard deviation was within 4.00 %.Verified by the determination of national primary reference materials,the results of the method were consistent,accurate and precise.The method is simple to conduct and generates less pollution,which meets the requirements of bulk determination of trace gold in geochemical samples under low oxygen and low partial pressure conditions.
