复明片联合手术对糖尿病性白内障患者β2-MG、HbA1c、NO及抗氧化能力的影响

Effects of Fuming Tablet Combined with Operation on Serumβ2-MG,HbA1c,NO and Antioxidant Capacity in Patients with Diabetic Cataract

目的:观察行超声乳化术联合玻璃体切割术后糖尿病性白内障(diabetic cataract,DC)患者,口服复明片对其血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响。方法:将收治的90例DC患者按照抽签法随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),两组均行常规治疗。在此基础上,对照组行超声乳化术联合玻璃体切割术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服复明片。检测所有受试者外周血β2-MG、HbA1c、NO、MDA和SOD水平。结果:治疗前,两组血清β2-MG、HbA1c、NO、MDA和SOD水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组β2-MG、HbA1c、NO和MDA水平较组内治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05);且观察组明显低于治疗后对照组,差异对比有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SOD水平较本组治疗前均明显升高(P<0.05);且观察组明显高于对照组,差异对比有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化术联合玻璃体切割术后,辅以复明片治疗能有效降低DC患者血清β2-MG和HbA1c水平,改善眼底病变程度;降低血清MDA和NO水平,提高SOD浓度,恢复DC患者的抗氧化能。复明片是临床白内障手术的有效辅助药物。

Objective:To observe the effect of oral fuming tablets on the levels of serumβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG),Glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),Nitric oxide(NO),Malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in patients with diabetic cataract(DC)after phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy.Methods:90 patients with DC were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45)according to the lottery method.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy.On this basis,the control group underwent phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy.The observation group was treated with Fuming tablets on the basis of the control group.The levels ofβ2-MG,HbA1 c,NO,MDA and SOD in peripheral blood were measured in all subjects.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum levels ofβ2-MG,HbA1 c,NO,MDA and SOD between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels ofβ2-MG,HbA1 c,NO and MDA in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).And the levels ofβ2-MG,HbA1 c,NO and MDA of the observation group was notably lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SOD in the two groups were notably higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).And the levels of SOD of the observation group was notably higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:After phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy,supplemented with Fuming tablet treatment can effectively reduce serum levels ofβ2-MG and HbA1 cto improve the degree of fundus lesions in DC patients;reduce serum MDA and NO levels,increase the concentration of SOD,DC patients to restore the antioxidant energy.Fuming tablets are effective adjuvant drugs for clinical cataract surgery.
