摘要
针对三相感应电动机发生单相绕组短路故障的问题,依据电机学的基本理论,采用场路结合的研究方法,以一台11 kW的笼型三相感应电动机为例,建立了场路结合分析模型,并给出了电机定子绕组单相短路的约束条件,对电动机内部磁场分析计算,计及了电动机内磁场饱和对绕组电抗数值的影响,得到更为准确的电流和转矩变化曲线。
According to the short circuit fault occurs in single-phase winding of three-phase induction motor,based on the basic theory of electrical machinery,adopting the research method of combining field and circuit,taking an 11 k W cage type three-phase induction motor as an example,a field circuit coupled analysis model and constraint conditions of motor stator winding single-phase short circuit is given,the internal magnetic field analysis and calculation of the motor,and the motor magnetic saturation effect on the reactance value,get a more accurate current and torque curve.
