The Application of Evidence Theory in Supplier Evaluation

供应商评估是供应商选择前的一个重要过程,对供应商选择及供应链管理具有非常重要的意义。然而,由于受到企业发展现状、目标、技术、管理等多方面的限制,不同的企业需要根据自身实际需要做出判断,这样就导致不同企业所选择的供应商评估因素也不同。针对这一问题,提出采用证据推理方法建立多维度供应商评估模型,根据不同企业的实际问题,给出各个维度及因素的权重值。最后,给出一个企业的应用实例,通过该算例验证了评估模型的有效性及合理性。

Supplier evaluation is significant for enterprise's development. Nevertheless,as different enterprises have various restrictions such as target,technology,management and so on. Firstly,in accordance with the need of enterprises according to their actual need,the paper put forward a supplier evaluation index system which uses four dimensions of products,organization,information,environment to judge the case of supplier evaluation. And then set up a model which uses the evidential reasoning approach to address the practical issues. Finally,verify the evaluation model's validity and rationality through the numerical example application of an enterprise.
