摘要
为去除水中的壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPE-10),采用紫外辐照方法将丙烯酸(AA)接枝到聚丙烯非织造布(PP)的表面,制备出表面羧基化吸附材料PP-g-AA,运用傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、接触角测量仪等手段对材料表面的结构和形貌进行表征,并考察溶液p H、温度以及PP-g-AA的接枝率对NPE-10吸附效果的影响.结果表明:溶液为中性或者偏酸性条件下,PP-g-AA对NPE-10的吸附效果较好;在中性条件下,PP-g-AA接枝率为80%时,对NPE-10的吸附量为138.7 mg/g,是原PP吸附量的6倍左右;温度高于45℃时,PP-g-AA对NPE-10的吸附能力下降;PP-g-AA对NPE-10的吸附符合准一级动力学模型.
In order to remove the nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPE-10) in water, the carboxylated PP nonwoven (PP-g-AA) was prepared by grafting acrlic acid (AA) onto polypropylene nonwoven through UV radiation. The surface mor-phology and structure of PP-g-AA were characterized by Fourier transfor^n infrared spectrometer, scanning elec-tron microscopy and the contact angle meter. The effects of pH, temperature and the grafting rate of PP-g-AA on the adsorption of nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPE-10) were studied. The results showed that when the solution was neutral or acidic, PP-g-AA has better adsorption effect on NPE-10. When the grafting rate of PP-g-AA was 80% , the adsorption capacity of PP-g-AA on NPE-10 was 138.7 mg/g in the neutral conditions, which was about 6 times that of the original PP. When the temperature was beyond 45 益, the adsorption capacity of PP-g- AA on NPE-10 reduced. The adsorption of PP-g-AA on NPE-10 confor^med the pseudo first order kinetic model.
