摘要 介绍了抽水蓄能机组的低频切泵的两种策略并进行对比分析。电力系统在遭受大扰动且出现较大功率缺额时,为了维持电力系统频率稳定,提出了抽水蓄能机组低频切泵优化策略。以电力系统的频率变化量或其变化率为依据,确定系统中抽水蓄能机组的切泵量,并且在电网减载装置动作之前完成快速切泵卸载,使电网在不采取措施减少用户用电负荷的同时保证电网频率在正常运行范围内。仿真结果表明,采用频率变化率确定切泵卸载量,频率恢复更加迅速,频率最低点相对较高,缩短系统低频运行时长。 The two strategies of urder-frequency load shedding for pumped storage units are introduced and compared. In order to maintain the stability of the power system frequency when the power system is subject to a large disturbance and a large power losses, the optimization strategy of under-frequency load shedding for pumped storage units is proposed. According to the frequency variation or the rate of change of frequency of the system, the shedding amount of the pumped storage units is determined, and the fast cutting pump unload is completed before the grid load shedding device act, so that to ensure the grid frequency in the normal operating range without taking measures to reduce the user's load. The simulation results show that the frequency recovery is faster, the lowest frequency point is relatively higher, and the under-frequency running time will be shortened when using the rate of change of frequency to determine the unloading amount of the cutting pump.
