摘要 目前,电动汽车在充电过程起火燃烧的安全事故,根本原因是充电桩不具备主动充电功能,只能被动遵从电池管理系统BMS的指令进行充电,一旦BMS失效,充电桩将处于失控状态,会持续给动力电池充电,过冲情况下,动力电池内部会发生严重的化学反应,更甚者将起火。在此基础上,提出了一种电动汽车充电桩主动充电控制策略。通过该策略,充电桩能够主动对BMS充电指令进行鉴别,并对异常命令进行处理。实验表明,此方法提高了电动汽车充电的安全性。 At present, the fire accident of electric vehicle charging is just because of the DC charger that does not have the active charging function, which can only passively follow the charging instructions by battery management system( BMS). Once the BMS is invalid, the DC charger will be out of control, and will continue to charge the battery. When overshoot, the serious reactions may occur within the battery or even a fire. Think of that, an active charging control strategy of DC charger for electric vehicle is designed, which can distinguish the charging instructions of BMS and control exceptions. Based on the proposed charge control strategy, an experimental system is developed. The experimental results show its security and effectiveness.
