通过综合对比分析铁路系统和公司网络现状,以及对目前社会主流视频软件的分析,结合公司实际,引入基于云服务的视频会议系统,实现了公司本部与生产一线的视频会议远程交流,提高了公司的管理效率,节约大笔资金实现了资源合理有效利用。基于云服务的视频会议系统作为铁路局域网视频会议系统的补充,弥补了铁路局域网未完全覆盖的不足,为无法通过铁路局域网开展视频会议的企业或部门开辟了一条新道路,为各企业发展提供了重要的参考价值。

through the comprehensive analysis of the railway system and subsidiary present situation of network,and the analysis of the social mainstream video software,combining the reality of the company,bringing in the video system based on cloud services,to achieve the remote video meeting communication between the company headquarters and subordinates,and to improve the efficiency of the company's management,realized the reasonable and effective utilization of resources and saved a lot of money.Video system based on cloud services supplement railway LAN video conference,making up for the deficiency of the railway network did not completely cover,for having trouble in video conference business or department by rail network opened up a new road,and providing an important reference value for enterprises development.
