生态文明建设视阈下的云南森林城市建设研究

Study on the Construction of Forest City in Yunnan from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization Construction

森林城市建设是生态文明建设的重要组成部分。云南森林城市建设还存在诸如地州创建森林城市较少,尚未形成体系,资金来源单一,缺乏区域特色,建设中忽视本土物种等问题。对此,应紧紧抓住云南"争当全国生态文明建设排头兵"的有利契机,深入完善相关政策制度,制定有云南民族特色的高原森林城市群建设规划,优化建设实践和管理监督机制,强化科研和创新宣传教育,提高公众认知与参与度,加强生态文化建设,最终形成各地州中心城市、县、乡镇全覆盖的全方位、多层次的具有云南特色的森林城市群的良好发展局面,以此推动整个云南城市生态文明的建设。

The construction of forest city is an important part of the construction of ecologicalcivilization. The forest city construction in Yunnan still has such problems as small in number,unsystematic, single source of funds, lack of regional characteristics, neglecting native species andso on. In this regard, Yunnan should seize the opportunity of “Striving to Be the Vanguard ofthe National Ecological Civilization Construction” , further improve relevant policies and systems,formulate plans for the construction of plateau forest city groups with ethnic characteristics inYunnan, optimize the construction practice and management supervision mechanism, strengthenresearch and innovation publicity and education, improve public awareness and participation, andstrengthen the construction of ecological culture, form a forest city group with local characteristicsso as to promote the construction of urban ecological civilization in Yunnan Province.
