地方新建本科院校教学质量监控体系的构建与实践探索——以凯里学院为例

建立健全教学质量监控体系,严格开展好教学质量监控是地方新建本科院校提高本科教学质量的重要途径。凯里学院作为民族地区新建地方本科院校,认真建立和完善地方新建本科院校教学质量监控体系并积极开展实践探索,取得了一定的成效,针对存在的问题要进一步加强督导队伍建设,不断提升专职督导能力和水平,积极发挥教学质量评价功能,大力强化教学监控力度。

It is an important way for newly -established colleges and universities to establish and improve the teaching quality monitoring system and to strictly carry out good teaching quality control. Kaili University , as a local newly-established university in the ethnic area, establishes and improves the teaching quality monitoring system and actively carries out practical exploration, and has achieved some results. In view of the existing problems, we should further strengthen the construction of the supervision team, con-stantly improve the ability and level of the full-time supervision, actively exert the function of teaching quality evaluation, and vigor-ously strengthen the intensity of teaching monitoring.
