摘要
我国酒店管理专业至今没有统一的实习质量评价指标体系。通过理论研究和实地调研基于可观测性原则构建了由21个三级指标构成的酒店管理专业实习质量评价指标体系,并使用由G1法、G2法、熵值法和利差最大法构成的组合赋权法进行了实例研究,分析得出效果考核(X)和质量管理(Z)两个二级指标是酒店管理专业实习质量评价的首要指标。
Hotel management has not been unified internship quality evaluation index system in China,through the theoretical research and on-the-spot investigation based on the principle of observability, this article constructed 21 tertiary indicators of evaluation index system of hotel management professional practice quality, and used G1, G2, entropy value method and spreads on the solution combination of empowerment method to carry out the case study, and got the analysis of the effect appraisal (X) and quality management which are two secondary index (Z) hotel management professional practice leading indicator of quality evaluation.
