大白鼠硬脊膜的神经分布

INNERVATION OF THE SPINAL DURA MATER OF THE RAT

选20只大鼠,取颈、胸及腰骶部三段硬脊膜,用Biels-chowsky银染法整装铺片,光镜观察。结果,1.硬脊膜上有单个或2～3个神经节细胞及少量的单个双极神经元。2.硬脊膜上有大量粗细不等的神经束及神经丛。3.硬脊膜上感觉神经纤维末梢的类型以游离神经末梢为主,其终端形状是多样的,偶尔见到少量带包囊的神经终末。

The spinal dura mater of the cervical, thoracic and lumbosacral segmentsin 20 rats was stained with Bielschowsky method. The results were as follows:1. In the spinal dura mater, some round to oval neuronal cell bodies and asmall number of bipolar neurons have been observed. 2. Thick and thin curlysino-vertebral nerves course into nerve plexuses of the spinal dura. 3. Thesensory nerve endings mainly were preferential free nerve terminals withvarious shapes and a few encapsulated nerve endings were observed.
