全面深化改革下我国跨越“中等收入陷阱”的路径

我国已进入中等偏高收入国家行列,而在当前经济进入新常态、人口老龄化、人口红利压缩等叠加形势下,我国应全面利用改革的眼光去应对"中等收入陷阱"这一挑战。文章通过全面深化改革的视角,分析了我国跨越"中等收入陷阱"的矛盾,主要体现在政治改革、社会改革、文化改革和生态文明建设与经济发展之间表现出的不匹配性。在新的时期,我国应以五大发展理念为引领,全面深化改革,以改革助推全面跨越"中等收入陷阱",应做好相关顶层设计、全局谋划,应坚持政治体制、经济体制、社会体制、文化体制和生态体制等五大体制的改革相协调,全面推进可持续发展。

Through the comprehensive deepening reform perspective,this paper examines the contradiction in our country across the "middle-income trap",which is mainly reflected in the show that has much mismatch among political reform,social reform,cultural reform and the construction of ecological civilization and economic development. In the new period,our country should be based on the development of the concept of the five leading,comprehensive deepening reform,comprehensive across the "middle income trap"to boost the reform,and should make the top-level design,overall planning,should adhere to the reform of political system,economic system,social system,cultural system and ecological system of the five coordinate system.Accelerate the road of sustainable development.
