我国城管执法现状的法律规制探究

Study on the Legal Regulations of Our Country's Urban Management Law Enforcement

在目前我国的执法队伍中,城管队伍饱受质疑。城管执法边界宽泛,主体资格的合法性没有理顺,社会形象较差。造成这些现状的原因主要是城市化高速发展带来的问题、立法的不健全以及执法目标的偏离。要改善这种现状法律规制是必由之路,要完善立法,严格城管执法行为,强化法律监督,同时还要注重提高城管执法队伍的法律素质。

At present,in China's law enforcement teams,the most questioned one is urban management team. Urban management is too broad border in law enforcement,the legitimacy of the main is doubted,the social image was "demonized". The reasons for this situation are mainly the restriction of national conditions,the imperfect legislation and the deviation of law enforcement goals. To improve the status quo,we must improve legislation,restrain urban management law enforcement activities,and strengthen supervision,but also pay attention to improving the quality of urban management team.
