摘要
文章通过超高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术(UPLC-MS)对天然牛磺酸作用不同时间点的HSC细胞内源性代谢产物进行检测,寻找其与疗效相关的生物标志物和化学物质基础。结果显示天然牛磺酸对肝纤维化大鼠HSC调控机制有可能是通过抑制ATP生成,减少蛋白折叠、脂酸及磷脂类beta细胞氧化的能量供应,从而抑制HSC活化,实现抗肝纤维化作用。
In this paper,through the ultra high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) technology for natural taurine different time points of HSC cells detect endogenous metabolites,looking for biomarkers associated with efficacy and chemical basis.Results showed that natural taurine HSC regulatory mechanism of liver fibrosis rats could be by inhibiting ATP production,reduce the protein folding,fatty acid and phospholipid beta cell oxidation of energy supply,thereby inhibition of HSC activation,realize the function of liver fibrosis.
