高校校史教育之于新生教育实效性研究

On Effectiveness of University History Education in Freshman Education

高校承担着为社会主义伟大事业培育合格建设者与可靠接班人的历史重任,新生教育作为培养人才的起点对整个教育目标的实现起着重要的导向性作用。本文就如何摆脱新生教育的形式化、流俗化,充分发挥高校校史教育在新生入学"心理疏导、理想信念引导、价值观启导、学习生活指导"等诸多层面的积极作用,以增强新生入学教育的实效性,帮助新生尽早实现大学生角色的转换进行了积极的研究探索。

University undertakes the historical responsibility of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors for the great cause of socialism.The education of freshmen as a starting point to cultivate talents for the whole education goal plays an important guiding role.This paper conducts a positive research on how to get rid of new education form,prevalent,to give full play to the positive role of university history education in freshmen,such as psychological counseling,ideals and beliefs,values,and guide learning life guidance",in order to enhance the effectiveness of school education,help students to adapt to the role of college student as soon as possible.
