摘要
教师的现代主体性要求教师在教与学的领域分别成为教学研究者、自主学习者,两种角色在教研共同体中融会贯通,发挥实效。基于文献研究,文章从教研共同体的特征、价值、组织架构、制度、评价、内部关系、发展困境、影响因素及构建策略等方面进行综述,分析了教研共同体内在发生机制,为区域内幼儿园教研共同体的构建提供理论上的参考与借鉴。
Modern teachers are required to be teaching researchers and autonomous learners.These two roles are integrated in the teaching and research community to achieve practical results.Based on the literature research,this paper summarizes the teaching and research community from the aspects of characteristics,value of community,organization structure,system evaluation,internal relationships,development predicament,influencing factors and construction strategies.The paper reveals the mechanism of the teaching and research community and provides theoretical references for the construction of the regional kindergarten teaching and research community.
