Exploration on the Construction of Modern School System——From the Perspective of Moral Management in Colleges and Universities

通过结合道德管理的概念和对高校管理活动基本要素的分析,明确高校道德管理的内涵,并进一步认识高校开展道德管理的必要性,从而提出高校道德管理应该加强德政建设、突出教师核心价值观建设、强调文化建设三个具体的策略。

By combining the concept of moral management and analysis of the basic elements of management activities in colleges and universities to further stress the necessity of carrying out moral management,this paper puts forward three specific strategies of the moral management in colleges and universities: strengthening the construction of moral management,highlighting the construction of teacher's core values,and stressing the construction of culture.
