地方本科高校为了实现应用型人才的培养目标,必须培养适应全媒体融合大势的应用型人才。网络新媒体专业本身的技术性、发展性和兼容性要求所培养的全媒体融合人才,具有"互联网思维"和"内容为王"的理念,成为适应全媒体融合大势的"全能型选手"。为此,地方本科高校应树立文工互补理念,优化专业方向设置,改良课程体系设计和坚持产学研用导向,多平台融合、全方位造就全能型应用型人才,以实现应用型全媒体融合人才的培养目标。

In order to achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents,local undergraduate colleges and universities must cultivate applied talents who adapt to the all-media convergence trend. With the concept of " internet thinking" and " content is king",the all-media integration talents trained by the network new media program itself need to meet technical,developmental and compatibility requirements and become the " all-around player" adapting to the all-media convergence trend. To this end,local undergraduate colleges and universities should develop a concept of complementation of arts and engineering,optimize streams of study,improve the curriculum system and adhere to the guidance of production,study,research and application,cultivate " all-around player" through multi-platform integration in an all-round way.
