高职院校科技创新社团建设的困惑与对策

Reflection and Countermeasure for Construction of Technology Innovation Society in Vocational Colleges

针对目前高职院校开展的科技创新社团,论述了其在学生的创新能力、实践能力、协作能力方面的培养作用,加强了师生间的联系,促进了学生个性化的。分析了科技创新社团在发展定位、制度规范建设、经费场地设备保障及自身活力建设等可持续发展方面存在的问题,提出了更新社团管理理念、加大多层次的制度体系建设,促进社团有序发展,通过形成多方面的帮扶机制,建立线上线下相结合的约束联系机制,积极参加科技创新大赛、参与教师科研活动等形式多样的项目活动,打造社团建设的品牌,激活社团活力,促进社团的可持续发展。

Technology innovation societies in vocational colleges provide a platform to practice and improve students' innovative and cooperative ability as well as strengthen connections between teacher and student. This paper analyzes the development orientation,system and rules construction,provision of equipment and facilities and self-dynamic construction of these societies. It puts forward some problems and measures in the operation of these societies to achieve sustainable development, through constrained contact mechanism and community brand building.
