精准扶贫背景下村级扶贫档案建设研究

村级扶贫档案是实施精准帮扶的历史见证,建好村级扶贫档案是精准扶贫和精准脱贫的客观需要,有利于统筹脱贫攻坚。当前村级扶贫档案建设的机制不完善、材料残缺不全、分类欠规范、保管问题多。加强村级扶贫档案建设要明确档案建设及管理职责,强化档案工作培训,明晰归档范围,做实档案立卷与管理服务。
