文化育人视域下校园文化创新探析——以吉首大学“立人教育”为例

On the Campus Culture Innovation from the Perspective of Cultural Education

文化是人在发挥主观能动性进行改造大自然和人类社会的历史发展过程中,所创造的物质财富和精神财富的总和。文化育人是发挥文化熏陶、凝聚、激励和教化的功能,以求促进教育对象的全面发展。大学是文化创造的源泉,也是人才培养的高地,大学校园文化是文化育人的重要载体和宝贵资源,有效开发和利用校园文化,创新校园文化建设,是大学文化育人过程中的关键环节。吉首大学多年来一直以学生为主体,提出了"立人教育"的教育理念,充分发挥校园文化育人的积极作用,创新育人实践路径,有效实现了文化育人的教育目标。

In the course of social development,culture is crystallization of material and spiritual wealth created when human being transforming nature by using subjective initiative. Cultural education with the aim of promoting students all - round development has func-tion of cultivation, inspiration and cohesion. University is the source of cultural creation and the highland of talent cultivation, while uni-versity campus culture is the important carrier and precious source for cultural education. It is the crucial link in cultural education to effec-tively utilize and innovate campus culture. Over the years, Jishou University, focusing on the growth of students, has put forward the con-cept of all - round development education by using the positive role of campus culture and innovating the practice approaches in student cul-tivation progress, which is very helpful for achieving the target of cultural education.
