Initial Exploration of Social Capital into Grassroots Public Hospitals

随着各种支持性文件的出台,分级诊疗制度的推进,居民基本医疗需求的增加,基层公立医院很可能成为社会资本关注的新兴热点之一。同时,由于引入社会资本,基层公立医院也很可能面临混合所有制改革。文章从政府、居民和医院三方面入手,对社会资本进入基层公立医院的机遇和瓶颈进行讨论,并从降低风险和提高收益两方面提出相应的发展对策,希望可以对有意进入医疗卫生领域的社会资本提供参考。

With the introduction ofvarious supporting documents, and the promotion of system, and residents＇ increasing demands for basic medical care, the grassroots public hospital is likely one of the new hot spots of social capital concerns. Simultaneously, with the introduction of social capital, the grassroots public hospitals are going to perform a mixed-ownership reform. This study attempts to identify the opportunities and bottlenecks of the investment from social capital to grassroots public hospitals and provide some development strategies to reduce risks and increase benefits. It is hopeful that the above suggestions can provide the references for social capitals with the interest in medical health sector.
