摘要
我国高校继续教育从初中后教育到中学后教育,再到大学后教育,不同时期有不同的历史内涵及贡献。在工农干部培养时期,办学形式有工农速成中学、夜大学和函授教育,以学历补偿教育为主,培养了大批工农干部;在在职人员教育时期,办学形式有广播电视大学、夜大学和函授教育、岗位培训、高等教育自学考试社会助学,以学历提升教育为主,弥补了"文化大革命"造成的人才空白;在社会成员开放时期,办学形式有现代远程教育、开放教育及各类进修班、研讨班等,重视非学历教育和终身教育体系的构建。未来高校继续教育的形式呈现多样化的特征,将会惠及全民。
From education after junior high school to post-secondary education,then to post-university education,continuing education in higher learning institutions in China has different historic connotations and contribution in different historical periods.During the period of cadres training,the main forms of education included instant high school,night university and correspondence education,which emphasized the compensation for academic certificate and had trained a large number of workers and peasants cadres.During the period of staffs education,the main forms of education included radio and television university,night university,correspondence education,job training and social aid for selfstudy examination,which emphasized the promotion of education level and had made up for a decade of talent gap.During the period of opening to social members,the main forms of education included modern distance education,open education and various workshops,which started to emphasize non-degree education and lifelong education.According to the historical development,continuing education in higher learning institutions in China will presert the diversity of the features and benefit all people in the future.
