成人高等学历教育是我国高等教育体系和终身教育的重要组成部分,为提高国民整体素质、学历水平和推进高等教育大众化进程做出了突出贡献。河北省是人口大省,其成人高等学历教育伴随经济发展而不断发展壮大,但发展模式和发展品质面临着新的机遇与挑战,需要从理论与实践上不断创新机制、调整结构、改革模式和完善管理。

Adult higher education is an important part of higher education system and lifelong education in China.It has made outstanding contributions to improve the overall national quality,education level and promote the popularization of higher education.Hebei Province has a large population,and adult higher education develops quickly with economic upgrading,but the development model and the quality is also facing new opportunities and challenges,so innovations from the theory and practice mechanism,adjustment of the structure,reform of model,and perfection of the management is pivotal to the development of adult higher education.
