“互联网+”背景下社区教育供给侧改革探析

Analysis on the Supply Side Reform of Community Education Under the Background of “Internet Plus”

作为一种新的社会形态,"互联网+"引发以社会生活和学习方式为主导的社会变迁。目前,社区教育供给侧不能完全满足社区居民的学习需求,仍面临以下困境:社区教育资源供给失衡,受众单一;社区教育资源各自为政,缺乏有效整合;社区教育资源封闭,难以满足居民的学习需求。由此,应通过提高对"互联网+"的认识、加强"互联网+社区教育"设施建设和建立跨界融合的保障机制等策略,提高社区教育有效供给,满足社区居民学习需求,为学习型社会建设奠定坚实的基础。

As a new social formation,"Internet Plus"has triggered a social change that characterized by the transformation of social life style and learning style.The supply side of community education unable to meet the learning needs of community residents well in the context of this era.This is mainly attributable to several aspects as follows.Firstly,it is attributable to the unbalance of the supply of community education resources and a single audience.Secondly,community education resources are independent and lack of effective integration.Finally,community education resources are closure and they are difficult to meet the learning needs of the community residents.In our opinions,we should focus on improving people's understanding of the"Internet Plus",promoting the facilities construction of"Internet Plus Community Education",and establishing a safeguard mechanism for cross-border integration.Only in this way,can we improve the effective supply of community education,meet the learning needs of community residents,and lay a solid foundation for the construction of a learning society.
