The Experience of Apprenticeship in Canada and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要 学徒制是加拿大职业教育的主要办学模式,其独特之处在于把培养合格公民作为学徒制的逻辑起点,政府提供相当完善的政策和制度保障,以社区学院作为学徒培养的核心力量,企业积极参与学徒制。针对我国推行学徒制过程中面临的问题,借鉴加拿大学徒制的做法与经验,需更新职业教育办学理念,制定有利于企业和职业院校的优惠政策,优化课程设置与评价体系,充分发挥地方政府的作用。 The apprenticeship system in Canada is the main mode of vocational education in Canada.Its uniqueness and success lie in four aspects.The logical starting point of apprenticship is to cultivate qualified citizens;Government policy and system securities are perfect;Community colleges are the core strength of apprenticeship training;Enterprises participate in the apprenticeship actively.In view of the problems faced in the implementation of apprenticeship in China,we can draw on the practice and experiences of the apprenticeship system in Canada from the following four aspects.First,we need update the ideas about vocational education;Second,we should make policies which are conducive to the development of enterprises and vocational schools;Third,we can optimize the curricula and evaluation systems;Furthermore,we could give full play to the role of local government.
