史学“致用型”人才互动培养模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 坚持史学"致用型"人才培养目标,提高史学人才培养模式的社会适应性,必须正确处理"求是"与"致用"的关系,把"致用"理念贯穿史学教育全过程,内求深化教学改革,外求深度介入社会。"致用型"人才培养目标坚持政治目标、学术目标和经济目标并重,内在地包含素质结构、能力结构和知识结构的统一。培养"致用型"人才,在办学思路上要坚持"走进历史"和"走出历史"、"民族情怀"与"世界视野"的统一;在培养方式上要坚持"内互动"与"外互动"的协调,以教师与学生、教学与科研的"内互动"推动史学教育与社会文化发展的"外互动",构建以"学以致用"为主线、以"内外互动"为动力的史学人才培养模式。 To insist the aim of talents training on"pragmatic type"of historiography and to improve the social adaptation of the the pattern of the talents training of historiography,we must manage the relation between"truth seeking"and"pragmatism"rightly and put the idea of"pragmatism"to the whole process of historiography education to deepen reform of the teaching inherently and get into society externally.The aim of the talents training insists the aims of politics,academic and economy and inherently includes the unification of the constructions of quality,ability and knowledge.Talents training on"pragmatic type"should insist the thinking of the unification"getting into the history"and"getting out of history","national concern"and"the vision of the world"and the interaction training mode of keeping in harmony inside and outside.The"inherent interaction"that includes teachers and students,teaching and scientific research push the"external interaction"that includes historiography education and the development of social culture and to construct the pattern of the historiography talents training which the key is"learning for the practical usage"and the power is"internal and external interaction".
