摘要
药学类本科生正处于机遇与挑战并存的就业环境之中。高校需要对学生进行专业的、有针对性的职业生涯规划指导,帮助学生有质量地完成生涯唤醒、职场与职业探索以及职业决策的整个过程;需要把职业规划教育当作一项长期的系统工程,提高学生的自我认知水平,加强职业规划意识,科学选择自己的职业。
Nowadays,pharmacy undergraduates are in the employment environment with opportunities and challenges.A professionaltargeted guidance is necessary for their career planning,which includes career wake-up,career exploration and decision making steps.The careerplanning education should be a long-term systematic project to improve students' self-perception level,increase the career-planning awareness and make a reasonable career decision.
