摘要
为了培养药学相关专业本科生的创新能力和创新意识,在药物分析实验教学中开设HPLC-MS高尖端仪器实验小组。通过授课教师、质谱工程师开展质谱联用相关讲座结合实际操作的教学模式,为小组成员输送药物分析实验中的色谱和质谱相关内容。通过问卷调查和同行专家访问的模式对教学方法进行评估。该实验小组的设立,促进了小组成员的对色谱和质谱相关原理的理解以及独立操作的能力,为其他高尖端仪器的教学和推广提供了切实可行的教学方法和授课手段。
To cultivate the innovative ability and creative consciousness of undergraduates majoring in pharmaceutical science,groups of HPLC-MS advanced instruments are formed in the Pharmaceutical Analysis experiment teaching.Teachers and mass spectrometry engineers lecture on mass spectrometry and deliver the knowledge of chromatography and mass spectrometry in the experiments.Teaching methods are evaluated through questionnaire and peer interviews.The establishment of groups helps members understand the principles of chromatography and mass spectrometry and operate independently.It provides practical teaching methods for the teaching of other sophisticated instruments.
