β_2-微球蛋白对急性百草枯中毒患者早期肾损伤的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究急性百草枯中毒患者血、尿中β_2-微球蛋白水平并探讨其与血肌酐、尿素氮在评价肾损伤方面及其与预后的相关性。方法检测83例急性百草枯中毒患者入院后血、尿β_2-微球蛋白水平,并与50例健康对照者进行比较。结果不同百草枯中毒组血、尿β_2-微球蛋白水平均明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且死亡组>好转组>治愈组。结论血、尿β_2-微球蛋白在评价急性百草枯中毒患者肾损伤方面比血肌酐、尿素氮敏感,并且与患者预后相关。 Objective To detect the serum and urine beta 2-microglobulin levels and to investigate the correlations between beta2-microglobulin and serum creatinine,urea nitrogen on estimation early kidney injury and its correlation with prognosis in patients with acute paraquat poisoning.Methods The serum and urine beta 2-microglobulin levels of 83 patients with acute paraquat poisoning were detected after admission immediately,and were compared with those of 50 cases of healthy controls.Results In paraquat poisoning group,the serum and urine beta 2-microglobulin levels were significantly higher than those of healthy controls(P<0.05),and the levels of the death group were higher than those of patients who get better,and the levels of the cure group were the lowest.Conclusion the serum and urine beta 2-microglobulin levels are more sensitive than serum creatinine,urea nitrogen on estimation early kidney injury in patients with acute paraquat poisoning,and are related to the prognosis of patients.
