As a precious part of spiritual life, the good traditional Chinese culture constitutes the basis in cultural construction for college students. Furthermore, the construction is an important means of college students＇ inheritance and borrowing of good traditional Chinese culture. The effective construction lies in the correct recognition of the relationship between the cultural construction and the good traditional Chinese culture, of the content to be inherited and borrowed, and of the approaches for the inheritance and borrowing.
