摘要
为探究利用微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀技术研发出的脲酶、微生物抑尘剂的应用性能,选取了常用的纯水、氯化钙、高分子吸水树脂这3种抑尘剂,与其进行固化土壤性能、抑尘效果的对比,试验结果表明:微生物抑尘剂在低温下的土壤固化抗压强度最大(41.4N),效果最佳,而脲酶抑尘剂在常温下固化效果最好,抗压强度达到1282.5N;现场抑尘试验中,脲酶抑尘剂的抑尘效果最佳,微生物抑尘剂与SAP的抑尘效果其次。
To research the performance of urease dust-depressor and microbial dust-depressor utilizing a method of microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation,soil solidifying and dust-laying are tested.In addition,pure water,CaCl2 and super absorbent polymer are chosen to compare with urease and microbial dust-depressor on the performance.The results showed that microbial dust-depressor possesses 41.4N of compressive strength under low temperature,which performs best at solidifying soil.Urease dust-depressor possesses 1282.5N of compressive strength at normal temperature,which is superior to the others.In the field test,urease dust-depressor works best,while microbial dust-depressor and super absorbent polymer rank second.
