摘要
为研制出绿色环保的新型扬尘抑制剂,利用微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀技术,研发出抗冻耐温、抗风能力强、抑尘效率高的巴氏芽孢杆菌抑尘剂,其成分最优配比为细菌菌液浓度OD_(600)=1.5、尿素和氯化钙皆为0.8 mol·L^(-1)。还对比了纯水、高分子吸水树脂抑尘剂、氯化钙抑尘剂与微生物抑尘剂的性能,实验显示:微生物抑尘剂的渗透速度为3.13mm·min^(-1)、抗风指数27.4、抑尘效率79.1%,均优于纯水、高分子吸水树脂抑尘剂、氯化钙抑尘剂。
A new dust-depressor has been developed utilizing microbial induced carbonate precipitation.This microbial dust-depressor has the characteristics of resistance to both low and high temperature,wind resistance,and high efficiency of dust suppression.Best proportions(OD600=1.5 of sporosarcina pasteurii concentration,0.8 mol·L-1 of urea and calcium chloride) have been determined.Pure water,CaCl2 and super absorbent polymer are chosen to compare with microbial dust-depressor on the performance.The results showed that the microbial dust-depressor possesses 3.13 mm·min-1 of seepage velocity,27.4 of wind resistance index,79.1% of dust suppression effciency,which are superior to the other 3 dust-depressors.
