Discussion on Comprehensive Transformation of Roll Management System

针对轧辊管理系统(RSM)设计不足和缺陷,结合现场生产的实际需要,对该系统进行改造,实现了新增系统日志、轧辊状态管理、轴承和轴承箱异常状态处理、轧辊配对信息维护和下发轧辊数据补发等功能。

According to the deficiencies and defects in design of the roll management system （ RSM）, and combined with the actual needs of production, the author reformed the system. The new system logs was added, the management of roller state, the disposal of abnormal state of bearing and bearing box, the roll matching information maintenance, and the roll data reissue and other functions were realized.
