天铁集团CCPP工程次高压锅炉的化学清洗

摘要 天铁集团50MW级燃气——蒸汽联合循环发电(CCPP)工程配套的余热锅炉(HRSG)为卧式、双压(6.1MPa、1.1 Mpa)无再热、自然循环汽包炉。该锅炉投入使用前,按要求需要对其高压水系统、低压水系统和除氧器系统进行化学清洗。本文以高压水系统的化学清洗为例,给出了合理的锅炉化学清洗的工艺方案,确定了化学清洗所使用的药剂浓度和钝化工艺,对实际清洗操作过程进行了介绍。经评估确认清洗效果达到了相关要求。 The waste heat boiler ( HRSG) matched the 50MW class gas - steam combined cycle power generation ( CCPP) projectof in Tiantie Group is a horizontal, double pressure (6.1 MPa, 1.1 MPa) without reheat, natural circulation boiler. Before being put into use, the boiler should have a chemical cleaning to its high pressure water system, low pressure water system and deaerator system according to the requirements. Taking the chemical cleaning of high pressure water system as an example, the author puts forward the reasonable technological scheme for chemical cleaning of the boiler, determines the drug concentration and passivation process used in chemical cleaning, and introduces the actual cleaning operation process. The cleaning effect reached the relevant requirements confirmed by the evaluation.
