摘要
天铁集团动力厂14MW发电机组存在发电量低、蒸汽浪费严重、耗水量大等一系列问题,经过分析与总结,发现机组生产工艺和调节系统存在一定的设计缺陷。通过对生产工艺的改进和调节系统的优化,有效降低了蒸汽与水的消耗量,提高了机组的发电量,发挥了机组的最大效益。
A series of problems existed in 14MW generator of power plant in Tiantie Group are lowpower generation, serious waste of steam, large water consumption, and so on. Through the analysis andsummary, it was found that the production process and regulating system of the unit had some defects indesign. The optimization of the production process and improvement of the regulating system reduced theconsumption of steam and water, improved the power output of the power generation unit, and gave playto the greatest benefit of the unit.
