筒仓顶部布料设备卸煤沟槽的密封形式研究

随着我国在电力、煤炭、煤化工、港口码头、钢铁等行业筒仓建设的增多,对筒仓顶部布料设备卸煤沟槽的密封环保要求越来越高,研究对卸煤沟槽实现良好密封,达到良好抑尘效果,满足国家环保要求的技术意义重大。结合具体筒仓布料设备采用对应卸料沟槽密封装置进行研究,并与传统形式进行比较分析,得出了所研究方案可行性较好的结论。

With the increasing of number of silos in electric power,coal,coal chemical,port and steel industry,the requirement of seal of top stacking equipment became more and more strict.It is very important to study on unloading ditch sealing technology,and to satisfy environmental requirements.After analyzing and comparing with traditional sealing method,it was indicated that the sealing method studied is more feasible.
